At GSI’s Annual All Staff Conference in Bohol, Philippines, this past June, Emily Escorel received the Special Recognition for Outstanding Care for People award.
Emily is a valued member of GSI’s People Services team in Manila. She is known for her genuine care for others and her strong commitment to supporting employees across the organisation.
Recently, Emily transitioned from a successful career in recruitment to a role in People Services. She approached this change with enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication. As a result, she quickly became a trusted source of support for many employees.
Emily takes the time to listen to concerns and understand individual circumstances. She also helps team members navigate both personal and professional challenges. Her approachable nature and willingness to help have earned the trust and respect of colleagues throughout GSI.
