At GSI’s Annual All Staff Conference in Bohol, Philippines this past June, Mark Del Moro and Laly Santos were recognised with a Special Recognition for Outstanding Commitment to Service Level Adherence award.
This recognition honours their exceptional teamwork, dedication, and determination when faced with one of the most challenging projects of the year. Presented with a new project that came with what seemed like near-impossible deadlines, Mark and Laly did not back down. Instead, they stepped up and remained focused on delivering the results our client expected.
Working under significant time pressures, both demonstrated an unwavering commitment to meeting service level requirements. Mark took ownership of the reporting component, ensuring critical information was delivered accurately and on time, while Laly worked tirelessly to process an extraordinary volume of work to keep the project on track and meet demanding deadlines.
Their ability to collaborate, adapt, and support one another throughout the project was instrumental to its success. Together, they exemplified the resilience, accountability, and teamwork that define excellence at GSI.
Their outstanding efforts did not go unnoticed, earning praise and recognition from our colleagues at the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, who acknowledged the commitment and professionalism both individuals brought to the project.
