Hamilton, New Zealand — A Perform President and CEO Sam Kodi joined the Kiwi Adviser Network (KAN) Professional Development Day in Hamilton, delivering a session that underscored insights for advisers in scaling smarter and working more efficiently.

The Hamilton leg formed part of KAN’s roadshow – which also includes Wellington and Christchurch – aimed at helping financial advisers embrace AI, future-proof their businesses, and build long-term value.

In his session, “Doing More Business by Working Less,” Sam shared A Perform’s proven frameworks for improving adviser capacity, efficiency, and client service through a model that combines offshore capability with local expertise.

He highlighted that while AI continues to evolve, the key advantage lies in how advisers structure their businesses to use technology effectively.

Sam’s insights reinforced A Perform’s role as a trusted partner in helping advisory firms integrate systems, streamline operations, and unlock enterprise value.

The event also featured key sessions, including Warwick Slow’s introduction of Trail’s new AI tools, a market update from Kelvin Davidson, a lender panel led by Dilip Patel featuring major institutions such as ANZ, ASB, BNZ, and Westpac, and a KiwiSaver update from Dave Copson.

Throughout the day, Sam’s presence reflected A Perform’s growing influence in supporting advisers with staffing, compliance, marketing, and back-office operations—allowing them to focus on strategy and growth.

The Trail Professional Development series continues in Wellington and Christchurch before concluding in Auckland. A Perform remains committed to helping advisers build scalable, future-ready businesses through systems that deliver measurable impact.
