Hybrid Work Setup: A Key Advantage During Challenging Times

Alwin Bulosan, Senior CX Operations Manager

Living in an unpredictable world today requires work flexibility.

In a hybrid work setup, where one divides their time working remotely and then in the office, both companies and employees could benefit from its features, especially during events like typhoons.

  • Safety First: When disasters like Typhoon Enteng strike, working from home ensures that your workers are safe without necessarily affecting productivity.
  • Work-Life Balance: Hybrid work enables employees to attend to personal emergencies without necessarily being cut off from the workplace, and limits their stress level.
  • Business Continuity: For companies, hybrid setups ensure continuum operations when workers cannot make it to the workplace.
  • Boosted Morale: It is in trusting the workers, and giving them some flexibility with hybrid work, that morale and productivity are boosted.

In that sense, during these uncertain times, the hybrid work model really sets a difference in safety, continuity, and flexibility for both the employee and the employer.
